What you can do to improve your skin (and your health):

Get regular sleep (6.5 to 7.5 hours per day) – sufficient rest can ensure cell regeneration and growth.

Drink lots of water (at least 8 glasses per day) – this is the only way to flush out the toxins.

Exercise on a regular basis – this can increase blood flow and nourish skin cells.

Quit smoking – besides causing lung cancer, it causes lines to be etched on your face.

Decrease stress  (decrease the level of cortisol) – overproduction of cortisol can lead to adrenal exhaustion, which can result in noticeable skin problems.

Avoid excessive alcohol and caffeine – reduce or eliminate stimulants can prevent glands from producing excess oils.

Load up on nutritious foods, such as vitamin-rich leafy vegetables, and take a multivitamin if you don’t always eat quite right.
